Some countries are missing from my map

Mundipin uses the place saved in each photo. Photos taken with location off, screenshots and photos sent through some chat apps have no place. Tick the missing countries by hand on the Map tab with Edit countries, or run You › gear › Import trips from Photos again after adding photos.

A day is in the wrong country

Open the day in Trips and use Change country. Your correction always wins over the photos and the location.

Restore Mundipin Pro on a new iPhone

Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap You › gear › Restore purchases.

Cancel or change a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: You › gear › Manage subscription, or Settings › your name › Subscriptions on the iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Erase my data

You › gear › Erase all data removes everything on the device. If you use iCloud, turn it off for Mundipin first. See the privacy policy for the analytics.
